Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible for chemical process development project
- Identify new ideas and business opportunities
- Work as part of the global R&D network of the company

Requirments:

- MSc or above, major in organic or synthetic chemistry, applied chemistry or related disciplines
- Successful and proven record in process development projects
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in R&D, process engineering or chemical production
- Experiences in development of new molecules, synthetic pathways, catalysis or new materials

Requirements:
- B.S. degree or above in Material / Corrosion Engineering
- Specialized in Metallic Materials (experiences in the non-metallic would be a plus)
- About 5 years’ experience within the chemical or petrochemical industry dealing with topics like material selection, failure analysis (chemical, mechanical, corrosion damages; rotating as well as static equipment.), maintenance of pressure vessels, international/local codes, material specific fabrication / testing / specifications etc.
- A plus if: Experience in owner-based in-service inspection of pressure equipment as a 'service provider' of material specific knowledge to improve/keep high-level reliability of equipment.
- Good oral & written English.
- Willing to be transferred to Europe/US for training. Willing to have business trip or long-term assignment.
- Effective communication, organization and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated individual with ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.

职位描述/要求：
Major Responsibilities:

- Prepare project design basis and scopes including technology selection, flow sheets (PFD and P&ID), mass and energy balances, equipment dimension design, equipment specification and layouts.
- Provide necessary input to prepare cost estimates and project schedules in support of project planning. Cost estimates and project schedules should be analyzed for accuracy, and completeness.
- Execute design engineering phase of projects, including process design calculations, equipment and material choice and detailed design of equipment with drawings for procurement, technical clarification with other disciplines internal of the project team like as piping, E&I, procurement as well as external contractors.
- Communicate with construction and site personnel to ensure that plant is constructed per design. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems.
- Provide technical support during start-up phase to ensure product quality and capacity requirements are met.
- Direct the close out of project, which includes punch list and acceptance, drawing revision to as-built status, capitalization, cost and project reconciliation, project audit and document microfilming.
- Guidance and know-how transfer to junior engineers.


Requirements:


- B.S. degree or above in chemical mechanics/chemical engineering/chemical process technology
- Minimum 8 years experiences in chemical design institute, or in engineering company, or in production/maintenance technique
- Familiar with the principles and procedures of project and process engineering, as well as the control and integration of activities associated with design and construction projects,
- Computer skills with office software and graphic tools like AutoCAD/Microstation for drawings
- Familiar with equipment design/calculation codes and legislative regulations,
- Effective communication skill in English,
- Knowledge of German would be beneficial,

Major Responsibilities:

- Provide necessary input to prepare cost estimates and project schedules in support of business contract together with business dept.

- Communicate the improvement concept to the customer and deliver final report/documentation according to contract.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to provide customer with engineering, procurement and installation service to customer according to contract.
- Provide technical support during start-up phase to ensure the improvement is realized.
- Guidance and know-how transfer to junior engineer.

Requirements:
- B.S. degree or above in chemical engineering/process technology
- Minimum 8 years experiences in chemical design Institute/engineering Company, or in chemical projects, or in production/maintenance
- Familiar with the principles and procedures of project and process engineering, as well as the control and integration of activities associated with design and construction projects,
- Computer skills with office software and process calculation software such as Aspen Plus, as well as graphic design tools such as AutoCAD/Microstation
- Effective communication skill in English,
- Knowledge of German would be beneficial.
